Service target
Integrated Family Service Center: Meet the comprehensive needs of individuals, promote problem-solving ability and develop inner potential, and achieve whole-person development; promote family members to establish harmonious relationships and strengthen family functions; connect with local resources, and promote the goal of residents' mutual assistance and community integration.

Integrated Youth Service Center: Promote the development of children and youth, help them develop life skills, potentials and problem-solving abilities, establish a correct outlook on life, a good attitude, help peer relationships, clarify study and work directions, pay attention to community affairs, and contribute to society; Join hands to make them grow up healthily and happily; provide guidance and support to children, adolescents and their families in disadvantaged environments, and guide them to live an active life; call on the society to pay attention to adolescents so that they can grow up with care and support.

Late-night outreach service project in outlying islands and central and western districts: to assist late-night youths to deal with family, school, social and personal problems; to strengthen youths’ resilience in harsh environments; .

Tung Chung After-School Care Centre: Provide support services for students, so that students can have a safe and healthy place to study after school, develop interest and responsibility for homework, cultivate diversified development, learn how to get along with their peers, and improve their homework, psychology and social skills. Provide comprehensive care and growth for families with special needs, and provide long-term support for families with special needs to help parents continue to work.

District Centre for the Elderly: To enable the elderly to live a healthy, respectful and dignified life in the community; to strengthen the active role of the elderly so that they can lead a prosperous old age;

Elderly Support Service Team: Provides social networking and outreach services for elderly in need, and promotes volunteering programs for the elderly.

Day care services for the elderly: provide nursing care, rehabilitation training, counseling and referral, social and recreational activities, personal care, meals, transportation, carers Support and other services to maintain the physical function of the elderly, strengthen the motivation and ability of the carers, and allow the elderly to age at home.

Integrated Family Service Centre: Any Age

Integrated Youth Services Center: Youth and their families in the district aged 6-24, and youth and families aged 4-40 with the following conditions: Personal developmental needs (such as emotional distress, social barriers or behavioral problems, etc.); disadvantaged environment (such as a disadvantaged family or social environment), special needs to face new life challenges or difficulties.

Late-night outreach service plan for outlying islands and central and western districts: late-night youths aged 6-24 in need

Tung Chung After-School Care Center: Dual-career parents or other families in need, Primary 1 to Primary 6 students who lack after-school care; parents who work longer hours, work hours are not fixed, need to work on weekends or want to work to improve their economic conditions Children attending elementary school; applicants for fee waiver: low-income families (income equal to or less than 55% or 75% of the monthly household median income).

District Centres for the Elderly and Support Services for the Elderly: People aged 60 or above

Day care services for the elderly: 60 years of age or older, frail or physically impaired requiring care but able to ambulate with a walking aid or wheelchair, requiring personal care or basic nursing services, no acute illness or communicable disease, no long-term psychiatric relapse symptoms, Ambulatory, unattended during the day, fit for community living, i.e. non-violent.

Service Content 
Integrated Family Service Center: Developmental Services: Family Life Education, Social or Developmental Groups, Volunteer Development Programs, Community Development/Education/Inclusion Programs, School Work, Family Resources (Kindergarten, After School Care, Elderly Day Care Services, Center Facilities ), etc.; support services: employment services, ethnic minority services, mutual aid or support groups, family support services, hidden elderly services, mental health programs, etc.; counseling levels: individual and family counseling services, treatment groups and activities, crisis management and intervene, etc.

Integrated Youth Services Centre: Provide guidance and counselling (such as moral development groups, mutual support groups for parents, emotional counselling groups, casework, etc.), provide support for children and youth in disadvantaged environments (such as single-parent families and new arrivals to school children, etc.) , community services (such as dating groups, sex education groups, etc.), cultivating social responsibility and ability development (such as volunteer groups, community care groups, etc.) and making good use of spare time services (such as occasional services, interest groups, youth summer activities and Study room services, etc.).

Late-night outreaching service plan for outlying islands and central and western districts: reaching out to late-night youths in need through outreaching services; casework: providing guidance through interviews, home visits, counseling, etc. to help late-night youths grow up; group activities: through Recreation, education, training, volunteer services, etc., enable late-night youth to develop their potential; community service: contact local organizations to conduct surveys, exhibitions, lectures, etc. in the district to create an ideal growth environment for young people.

Tung Chung After-School Care Centre: Regular child care services, extended child care services, respite services, after-school activities (growth, development, social and recreational groups and activities), volunteer services, lunch and refreshments, parent-teacher conferences.

District Centre for the Elderly: Occasional Service: A TV booth and a recreation room are set up for the elderly to rest, chat, enjoy TV programs, read newspapers and use recreational equipment. Preventive and developmental services: groups, activities and programs that meet the educational and developmental needs of the elderly (healthy ageing, lifelong learning, cognitive training, and ability enhancement); volunteer recruitment, development and services; social and recreational needs of the elderly Groups, activities and projects; organize community education activities to raise public awareness and acceptance of the elderly. Supportive services: Organizing groups, activities and programs for mutual assistance and support for the elderly; providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for the elderly in a canteen, laundry and drying services, and hot and cold bathroom services to meet the basic needs of the elderly; assisting the elderly in reading and writing letters, Provide consultation, haircuts, health checks and visits, etc.; implement mutual support groups and training for carers, borrow or purchase rehabilitation equipment, provide various types of information, etc.; provide support and training to elderly neighborhood centers and other elderly service units. Remedial Services: Counselling and referral services, therapeutic groups, etc. for the elderly and carers.
